• Please note that this voucher is not valid for direct entry. To visit teamLab Abu Dhabi, you must convert your voucher into a dated ticket by booking your preferred date and time slot in advance through our online reservation system.

• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-ticket to present upon arrival for entry. We recommend making your reservation early, as time slots are subject to availability and may fill up quickly, especially during weekends and holidays.

• This voucher represents one regular ticket (general admission) to teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi.
• Entry and use are subject to speci c product terms and conditions.
• Voucher must be redeemed within 9 months from the date of issuance or it will automatically expire.
• The ticket grants one regular admission to the Museum. Please check our website for current operating hours.
• This ticket only grants access during the booked time slot and is not valid outside this time.
• This ticket is valid only during regular Museum operating hours and not for special events.
• Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.
• Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
• TeamLab: For guaranteed entry, please arrive between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays (Mon - Fri) or 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on weekends (Sat - Sun)
• TeamLab: If you arrive after 4:00 PM on weekdays or after 1:00 PM on weekends, you may be denied entry

• Yas Island Theme Parks attractions are not recommended for expecting mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions. Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted at the attractions.
• Yas Waterworld Age Limit: Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket
• Government-issued photo ID may be required as proof of age

New Entry Options

• To make your visit smoother and more secure, new entry options are being introduced, including digital QR codes and facial recognition.
• If you choose to use facial recognition, you’ll need to complete a Consent Form linked in your ticket instructions.
• Guests aged 18 and above must fill out the form themselves, while parents or legal guardians must do so for minors or those unable to give consent.
• Please provide accurate personal information and remember that using facial recognition is entirely your choice, you can give or withdraw consent at any time.
• Your personal data will be handled in line with data protection laws.
